Baby Ninjas: Ages 18mo-3
At Inspire, we are dedicated to creating early positive experiences with health, fitness, and sports. Baby Ninjas is the first step in creating confidence in young children! In an organized, yet playful structure, this parent and tot class is the perfect way to socialize your child, allow them to learn and understand what it means to follow instruction, and of course, get them moving! Class goals: listening skills, fundamental movement, coordination, fine and gross motor skill development, body awareness, and our NinjaZone character-building component
Lil' Ninjas: ages 3-4
Lil' Ninjas is the the entry level to all new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and street dance.Lil' Ninjas embodies discipline, focused energy, and skill. Children learn combinations of flips, rolls, jumps, & kicks in combination with strength & agility courses.Lil' Ninjas serves as preparation for entry into the progressive level Ninja Zone system which begins at age 4 1/2.
Ninja Zone Ages 5-14
Ninja Zone is an all new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts and obstacle course training .Ninja Zone Embodies discipline, focused energy, and skill.In Ninja Zone classes, children learn a combinations of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks in combination on strength & agility courses.A progressive level system evalutates and advances children on their skill and knowledge of core values as described in the Ninja Zone creed.The levels of Ninja Zone are defined by the headband colors of White, Yellow, Green and Blue.
What is a Mission Ceremony?A mission ceremony is for the advancement of ninja boys or ninja girls to move up to the next level i.e.; white to yellow, yellow to green and green to blue.When Ninjas are ready to move to the next level, coaches will fill out an “Invitation to Mission Card.” At their mission, Ninjas will highlight their progress and skills learned.
